Vizcaya Museum and Gardens (3251 South Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33129) is a National Historic Landmark — a 70-room Italian Renaissance-style villa completed in 1916, surrounded by 50 acres of formal gardens overlooking Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove, about 20 minutes from South Beach via the Rickenbacker Causeway approach. It is one of Miami's most sought-after wedding reception and private event venues, as well as a public museum open Tuesday through Sunday, 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Admission runs $25 for adults and $10 for children 6–12.
