Quality Party Bus Service Across Miami
Miami Party Bus Rental has been coordinating group transportation across the 305 since 2011. Over 15 years, we've moved thousands of groups — prom classes from Miami-Dade and Broward, corporate teams heading to the Miami Beach Convention Center, bachelor parties crawling from Brickell to Wynwood to South Beach at 2 a.m. — and we know the roads, the venues, the loading zones, and the logistics better than any app will tell you.
What you get with every booking: all-inclusive pricing online in under 30 seconds, so there are no surprises on your final invoice. Our reservation team is available 24/7/365 — real people, not an automated system — which matters when your flight into MIA lands three hours late or your game-day itinerary shifts last-minute. We offer a wide range of vehicles from compact 15-passenger minibuses to 56-passenger charter buses, which means you never pay for seats your group doesn't actually fill.
From the first quote to the final drop-off, you have a single point of contact and a plan your whole group can count on.
ADA-accessible vehicles are always available — just let us know when you book. Call 305-407-1764 any time to get started.

No One-Size-Fits-All Party Bus Rentals in Miami
Every city has bus companies. Here's what sets Miami Party Bus Rental apart after 15 years on these specific roads: we know the NW 199th Street closure window before a Dolphins game, the Washington Avenue loading zones outside the Miami Beach Convention Center, the exact pickup doors at MIA's three terminals, and which Wynwood streets fill with pedestrians during Art Basel week. That local knowledge is what keeps your group's itinerary on schedule when thousands of other people are stuck on Biscayne Boulevard.
Our 24/7/365 reservation team means you're never waiting on a callback when plans change — something that matters a lot at 11 p.m. in South Beach. Our all-inclusive pricing means the number we quote is the number you pay, with no additional line items on pickup day. And our range of vehicles — from compact vans to full-size coach buses — means your group gets the right-sized ride instead of a bus you're paying to rattle around in.
More than a thousand Miami-area groups have trusted us for weddings, school trips, corporate conferences, and stadium runs. That consistency is why organizers call us back the following year. Call 305-407-1764 to see what we can do for your group.
Party Bus Services Built for Miami Groups
Miami Party Bus Rental handles group transportation for every kind of occasion across South Florida. From airport transfers at MIA and FLL to wedding shuttles, prom nights, corporate conferences, and late-night concert runs — whatever brings your group together in Miami, we have a vehicle and a plan ready. Call 305-407-1764 to get started.

Miami Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Miami International Airport (2100 NW 42nd Ave, Miami, FL 33142) processes over 50 million passengers a year, and the curbside Arrivals level at peak times is one of the most chaotic pickup spots in Florida. Commercial bus pickup zones are at the Arrivals Level (Level 1): Door 15 at the North Terminal (Concourse D), Doors 20, 24, and 26 at the Central Terminal, and Doors 31 and 34 at the South Terminal. Have your group collect luggage and assemble at the agreed door before your coordinator calls — MIA limits commercial loading to approximately 30 minutes, so timing matters.
We also serve Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) for groups flying into Broward County, and our fleet handles the nine-mile run from MIA down to PortMiami for cruise embarkation groups, using the Dolphin Expressway rather than city streets. Both airports, the port, and hotel blocks across Miami-Dade are on one itinerary when you book with us. Call 305-407-1764 to set up your Miami airport transfer today.

Miami Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Miami's nightlife geography rewards a good itinerary. Start the evening with rooftop cocktails at Sugar in Brickell (1300 S Brickell Bay Dr, Miami, FL 33131), then move the party north to E11EVEN Miami (29 NE 11th St, Miami, FL 33132), the 24-hour ultraclub that does not close until sunrise. LIV at Fontainebleau (4441 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140) and STORY (136 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139) on Collins Avenue are standard stops for bachelorette groups working the South Beach circuit.
Add a drag show at Palace South Beach (1200 Ocean Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139) and a late stop at Mango's Tropical Café (900 Ocean Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139) if the group is still going at 4 a.m.
Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses include a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound — no one is drawing straws for the designated driver on a night like this. Call 305-407-1764 to build your bachelorette itinerary.

Miami Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Miami is one of the country's premier cities for quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations, and the right arrival sets the tone for the whole night. Our party buses are available in white, black, or silver to coordinate with your event's color scheme — pre-load your playlist and your group boards a moving party, not just a ride. Whether the venue is Aqua Reception Hall, Renaissance at the Gables in Coral Gables, Villa Toscana Miami, or a private estate in Pinecrest, we handle pickup, photo-stop timing, and drop-off in one clean itinerary.
Adult milestone birthdays heading to E11EVEN Miami (29 NE 11th St), rooftop bars in Wynwood, or dinner at Komodo (801 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL 33131) benefit from the same setup — one bus keeps the whole crew together instead of splitting across three rideshares that never arrive at the same time. Call 305-407-1764 to plan your Miami birthday bus rental.

Miami Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Concert traffic in Miami is genuinely punishing. Kaseya Center (601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132) hosts touring artists year-round, and the official bus and taxi drop-off zone is Gate 3 on NE 8th Street — steps from the main entrance. Hard Rock Stadium (347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) hosts stadium-scale shows where NW 199th Street closes hours before doors, and rideshare pickup for those events is in Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex — an estimated 25-minute walk from the gates.
The Fillmore Miami Beach (1700 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139) and FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park (301 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132) round out the main circuit. Ultra Music Festival draws 165,000+ attendees to Bayfront Park each March, when Biscayne Boulevard and the MacArthur Causeway see some of the worst congestion of the year. A Miami concert party bus rental takes the group straight to the entrance and picks everyone up when the show ends — no Lot 44 walk, no surge pricing at midnight.
Call 305-407-1764 to reserve.

Miami Corporate Event Transportation
The Miami Beach Convention Center (1901 Convention Center Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139) is South Florida's largest convention venue, and shuttle logistics there deserve some planning. Charter bus drop-off uses the Washington Avenue entrances — 1750 Washington Ave and 2000 Washington Ave — with on-site bus parking available. South Beach congestion during major trade shows adds 20–30 minutes to any downtown-to-venue run, which means staggered departure windows matter.
For Art Basel Miami Beach each December, rideshare pricing spikes to 3–4x normal as 70,000+ visitors flood the area — a dedicated shuttle circuit from your hotel block to the venue keeps your team on the floor, not stuck outside in an Uber queue.
For executive transfers in Brickell or inter-campus shuttles between the Downtown Development Authority's offices and satellite locations, a Sprinter van handles smaller VIP groups with leather seating and individual USB charging. Employee shuttle routes between the Miami Tech Center and downtown hotels are also available on recurring contract. Call 305-407-1764 to discuss corporate shuttle options and multi-day rates.

Miami Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, corporate team-building outings, graduation celebrations — any occasion that moves a large group across Miami benefits from one coordinated charter. During Ultra Music Festival each March, the streets surrounding Bayfront Park (301 Biscayne Blvd) and the MacArthur Causeway back up for hours. A private charter bus drops your group at festival entry points before the worst of the load-in congestion sets in, and rideshare demand and pricing spike sharply during load-out.
The Calle Ocho Music Festival along SW 8th Street each March and the South Beach Wine & Food Festival each February bring the same headaches — street closures, limited parking, and rideshare surges that punish anyone who didn't plan ahead. One charter bus gives your group a flat, predictable rate and a single pickup point, instead of five cars paying surge prices to meet at a venue where parking hasn't been available since noon. Call 305-407-1764 to discuss your private event itinerary.

Miami Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season runs late April through May across Miami-Dade and Broward County, and it is the single busiest period for party bus and charter bookings in the area. High schools district-wide hold proms within a six-week window, and availability tightens fast. A typical 6-hour prom rental for 30 students — school pickup, a photo stop at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens (3251 S Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33129), venue drop-off at a Miami Beach hotel ballroom, and after-party return — runs $1,800–$2,200 when booked 4–6 months early.
Wait until the last minute and the same itinerary costs $2,800–$3,500+, if vehicles are even available.
For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability. Miami Party Bus Rental coordinates with parent committees and student groups across Miami-Dade and Broward to confirm headcounts, pickup windows, and venue timing — call 305-407-1764 today to lock in your date before the fleet fills up.

Miami School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trip coordination in Miami-Dade is its own logistical challenge — the same careful planning applies at Zoo Miami (12400 SW 152nd St, Miami, FL 33177) and the Frost Museum of Science (1101 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132). At Zoo Miami, limited field-trip bus spots fill early on school-year Tuesdays through Fridays; one coordinated charter bus is far simpler than juggling a multi-car caravan across the southern end of Miami-Dade. At the Frost Museum, charter buses use the designated Biscayne Boulevard group drop-off zone and the bus waits nearby through the visit.
Our charter buses offer climate-controlled cabins, TV monitors and DVD players for educational content on the road, and undercarriage bays for lunch coolers and backpacks — so students don't haul everything through exhibits. For longer drives to Everglades National Park, onboard restrooms on select vehicles keep the trip moving without constant rest stops. ADA-accessible buses are always available with advance notice.
Call 305-407-1764 for school field trip transportation in Miami.

Miami Sporting Event Transportation
The gridlock on I-95 northbound toward Hard Rock Stadium (347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) on Dolphins game days is predictable and avoidable — if you plan ahead. Rideshare pickup after games is in Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex (3000 NW 199th St), an estimated 25-minute walk from the stadium gates. A charter bus drops your group near the NW corner of the stadium for direct gate access, then the bus waits nearby until post-game pickup.
For Dolphins home season (September–January), NW 199th Street and NW 27th Avenue close hours before kickoff — the charter bus approach is confirmed for your specific date when you book.
Heat fans heading to Kaseya Center (601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132) face near-zero non-premium parking on game nights. Official bus drop-off is Gate 3 on NE 8th Street, north side, right next to the box office — steps from the main entrance and the ADA entry point. For Marlins games at loanDepot park (501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL 33125), curbside drop-off via NW 14th Avenue skips the limited on-site parking entirely.
Call 305-407-1764 now for game-day transportation.

Miami Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Your wedding day itinerary deserves transportation that runs exactly on schedule. A Miami wedding shuttle keeps guests moving between your hotel block, ceremony, and reception without asking anyone to navigate South Beach one-way streets or Collins Avenue construction in formal wear and heels. If your reception is at Fontainebleau Miami Beach (4441 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140), Saturday night street parking on Collins is effectively nonexistent and valet queues run long — a shuttle loop from your hotel block lands guests at the venue entrance rather than circling the block.
Venues in Coconut Grove like Villa Woodbine (2167 S Bayshore Dr, Miami, FL 33133) or Coral Gables require navigating unfamiliar residential streets after dark, which out-of-town guests will not thank you for.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the standard choice for bridal party transport on the wedding day itself — premium leather, USB charging at every seat, and tinted privacy windows. Because Miami Party Bus Rental has been coordinating wedding shuttles since 2011, your pickup windows and departure timing can be locked in tight from the very first quote. Call 305-407-1764 for a free wedding transportation estimate.

Miami Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Miami's brewery scene has expanded well beyond South Beach, and a dedicated pub crawl bus keeps your group together across neighborhoods that don't connect easily by foot or rideshare. The Tank Brewing Company (5100 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL 33166) is the city's largest brewery — a logical first stop for an afternoon tasting tour. Wynwood Brewing Company (565 NW 24th St, Miami, FL 33127) sits in the heart of the arts district, where street parking on weekend nights is aggressively tow-enforced.
Cerveceria La Tropical (2900 NW 22nd Ave, Miami, FL 33142) offers a lush tropical beer garden atmosphere with a live music lineup. Cap the evening at Tripping Animals Brewing (2685 NW 105th Ave, Miami, FL 33172) or wind down with rum flights at Kaona, The Hidden Tiki Room (1600 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33132).
Your group stays together in one party bus for every stop — no splitting into separate cars, no choosing a designated driver, no hunting for a parking spot at each new location. Call 305-407-1764 to put your Miami pub crawl itinerary together.

Frequently Asked Questions About our Miami Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Miami, Florida?
Miami party bus rental prices depend on the vehicle size, the date, and how many hours you need. As a guide: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $204–$378/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Peak-season dates like Art Basel week in December, prom season in April–May, and Dolphins home games will affect availability and pricing.
Call 305-407-1764 or use our online tool for an all-inclusive quote in under 30 seconds — no hidden costs, no commitment required.
Where does a charter bus drop off at Hard Rock Stadium?
Charter buses use the NW corner of Hard Rock Stadium (347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) for direct gate access — the same coordinated drop point the stadium's own GEICO HRS Express shuttles use. That puts your group steps from the gates rather than at Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex, which is the designated rideshare pickup zone and an estimated 25-minute walk from the gates. When you book with us, we confirm the exact drop point and approach route for your specific event date, since road closures around NW 199th Street and NW 27th Avenue vary by event.
How does a bus pick up my group at Miami International Airport?
At Miami International Airport (2100 NW 42nd Ave, Miami, FL 33142), commercial buses pick up from the Arrivals Level (Level 1) curbside. Once your full group has collected luggage and is assembled, your coordinator calls our team to confirm the bus moves to the correct terminal door: Door 15 at the North Terminal (Concourse D), Doors 20, 24, or 26 at the Central Terminal (Concourses E, F, G), or Doors 31 or 34 at the South Terminal (Concourses H, J). MIA allows approximately 30 minutes for commercial bus loading — do not call for the bus until your full group is together with luggage.
Pre-arranged cruise transfers use the North Bus Station at Concourse D, Door 1, or the South Bus Station at Concourse J, Door 33.
Can a charter bus drop off at loanDepot park for a Marlins game?
Yes. Drop-off is curbside via NW 14th Avenue, less than one block from the ballpark gates. Dedicated bus parking is in West Lot 3 (1680 NW 5th St, Miami, FL 33125) at $100 per game — pre-purchase through the Marlins parking portal.
Best approach from I-95 or SR 836 is NW 12th Avenue. On Opening Day and sellout games, a Park & Ride from Hickman Garage (270 NW 2nd St, Downtown Miami) operates at $12 per vehicle with complimentary shuttles running until approximately 9:30 PM. One bus for your group means one $100 parking cost instead of multiple individual passes, and no one walking in from a remote lot.
When should I book a bus for Art Basel Miami Beach?
Book your Art Basel transportation in September — by November, available vehicles in the Miami Beach area are effectively committed for the December event dates. Art Basel Miami Beach runs each year in early December at the Miami Beach Convention Center (1901 Convention Center Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139) and across the Wynwood Arts District, drawing 70,000+ visitors. Rideshare demand spikes for two full weeks, parking in the area becomes nearly impossible, and Washington Avenue congestion during load-in and load-out is severe.
Groups that book transportation months in advance get the right vehicle at the right rate; groups that call in late November take what's left at premium pricing.
How far in advance should I book?
At least three to six months in advance for the best pricing and vehicle selection. For peak periods — prom season (April–May), Art Basel Miami Beach (early December), Dolphins home season (September–January), and Formula 1 weekend in May — book as soon as your date is confirmed. For most other events and dates outside those windows, two to four weeks of lead time is workable, but earlier always means better options and better pricing.
For prom specifically: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability. Call 305-407-1764 to lock in your date.
Popular Miami Party Bus Destinations
A Miami party bus itinerary can cover a lot of ground — from the stadium to the arts district to the waterfront, all in a single day or night. These are the venues and destinations our groups visit most often, along with the logistics details that keep things running smoothly on arrival.

Hard Rock Stadium
Hard Rock Stadium (347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) is home to the Miami Dolphins, University of Miami Hurricanes, the annual Capital One Orange Bowl, the Miami Open tennis tournament, Formula 1's Miami Grand Prix, and FIFA World Cup 2026 matches. Capacity exceeds 65,000. Charter buses drop near the NW corner for direct gate access; rideshare pickup is in Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex — an estimated 25-minute walk.
All parking requires pre-purchased passes; none are sold on site. NW 199th Street and NW 27th Avenue close hours before doors on major event days. For Formula 1 weekends, Florida Turnpike Exit 2X ramps also close.
We recommend checking the official Hard Rock Stadium parking page for current lot assignments and road closure schedules before your visit.
Address: 347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens, FL 33056
Phone: 305-943-8000

Kaseya Center
Home of the Miami Heat since 1999, Kaseya Center (601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132) sits on the downtown waterfront with a 19,600-seat capacity for basketball and a packed concert calendar. On-site parking is almost entirely reserved for premium and suite-level ticket holders — non-premium groups have no reliable parking option within walking distance on event nights. The official charter bus and taxi drop-off zone is Gate 3 on NE 8th Street on the north side of the arena, next to the box office windows, which is steps from the main entrance and the ADA entry point.
Rideshare pickup is at the corner of Bayshore Drive and HEAT Blvd. Nearest public parking is the Bayside Marketplace garage (401 Biscayne Blvd), approximately a 6-minute walk. We recommend confirming current drop-off protocols on the official Kaseya Center parking page before your visit.
Address: 601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132
Phone: 786-777-1000

Wynwood Arts District
Wynwood is one of the most internationally recognized arts and nightlife districts in the world — a walkable grid of muraled warehouse facades, craft breweries, rooftop bars, gallery pop-ups, and dining that draws groups from around South Florida every weekend. The anchor is Wynwood Walls (2520 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33127), an outdoor museum of large-scale murals by recognized street artists. Popular stops include Wynwood Brewing Company (565 NW 24th St), Upside rooftop (2031 NW 1st Ct), and MAPS Backlot event space (342 NW 24th St).
Parking in Wynwood on weekend nights is aggressively enforced — residential permit zones and private lot towing are the norm. A party bus drops your group at each stop and waits nearby, cutting out parking scrambles and rideshare splits between bars. For December dates near Art Basel, book at least six to eight weeks out at minimum.
Address: Wynwood Walls — 2520 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33127
Phone: 305-531-4411

PortMiami
PortMiami is the busiest cruise port on the planet, handling nearly 10 million passengers annually across 10+ terminals on Dodge Island (1015 N America Way, Miami, FL 33132). Major terminals include Royal Caribbean's Terminal A, Norwegian's Terminal B, Carnival's Terminal D, and the 490,000-square-foot MSC Terminal AA. Cruise groups that book a charter bus transfer from MIA cut the $25-per-day port parking cost entirely — the bus drops your group curbside at your specific terminal's designated passenger zone rather than making you navigate Dodge Island's internal road network with a mountain of luggage.
Confirm your exact terminal with the cruise line before embarkation morning, since Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, and MSC each have separate approach roads and drop-off lanes within the port. We recommend checking the official PortMiami directions page before your embarkation day.
Address: 1015 N America Way, Miami, FL 33132
Phone: 305-347-4800

Vizcaya Museum & Gardens
Vizcaya Museum and Gardens (3251 S Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33129) is a National Historic Landmark — a 70-room Italian Renaissance-style villa built in 1916, surrounded by 50 acres of formal gardens and waterfront terraces overlooking Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove. It is one of Miami's most sought-after private event and wedding reception venues, and also open as a public museum Tuesday through Sunday (9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.). Admission is $25 for adults, $10 for children 6–12.
For charter buses, advance coordination is required — contact the group tours team at group.tours@vizcaya.org or 305-860-8442 before your visit. Drop-off is at the Entrance Drive on South Miami Avenue; bus parking is available on site. We recommend confirming current access and group logistics on the Vizcaya directions and parking page.
Address: 3251 S Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33129
Phone: 305-250-9133

Ocean Drive & South Beach
Ocean Drive is the center of Miami Beach nightlife — a mile-long corridor of restored Art Deco hotels, open-air restaurant terraces, and clubs that operate until 5 a.m. on weekends. On any Friday or Saturday night in season, metered parking fills before 9 p.m., rideshare demand spikes sharply after midnight, and pedestrian volume on the sidewalks makes street navigation slow. Popular group stops include Mango's Tropical Café (900 Ocean Dr), The Clevelander (1020 Ocean Dr) for poolside parties and live DJs, and late-night runs to LIV at Fontainebleau (4441 Collins Ave).
Drop-off is curbside on Ocean Drive with the bus waiting on Collins Avenue or nearby side streets. For major holiday weekends — New Year's Eve, Memorial Day, Labor Day — book two to three months out minimum.
